Movement Goals

60 mins of  moderate to vigorous activity per day. 

     It does not have to be all at one time--60 mins total for each day.         Ten minutes here, 5 minutes there...it all adds up.

 

Have Fun!! 

     Moving should be fun.  Find something you really enjoy doing             and do it.  As long as you are moving...it counts.
