Welcome, squires from the far reaches of the realm.  To become a Knight, protector of all that is good in the world, an advocate of the weak and champion of noble causes, you are hereby challenged to earn your Knighthood this month by your deeds and overcoming the obstacles put before you in virtuous cooperation with your comrades, and chivalrous behavior to friend and foe alike. 

I and the Kingdom will watch and encourage your progress. Your inner and outer achievements will ensure the peace and prosperity of the realm and will stand you in good stead through these trials and forever after.
