Instructions

Challenges

1. Pick one of these 30-day challenges and try your hardest to complete the challenge. 30 days...you can do it!

2. If you do not know how to do an exercise, you can look it up on the website. There is a video exercise library of all the exercises from every workout.

The library can be found in a couple of different places. 1: At the bottom of some of the 30-day challenge sheets. 2: On the bottom of the home page, left-hand corner, in a box titled "Get Started".

Workout Plans

Understanding Exercise Intensity

Pick a workout to follow and chart your progress here on the website.  For every minute of moderate to vigorous activity charted, you’ll make progress towards finishing the marathon.  Let’s get going.

For a moderate-level workout, you will get 1 mile towards your marathon for every 20 mins of activity.

For a vigorous-level workout, you will get 1.5 miles towards your marathon for every 20 mins of activity.

If you have a fitness watch or fitness app on your phone and are able to track your workout, you can send me the exact distance of a run or walk.

If you don’t have a way to track workouts and would like to know how far you walked/ran, you can use this link to map the distance of a walk/run:  https://onthegomap.com/#/create
